Vintage indigo stripe scarf made up of 3 panels hand stitched together. Made from wonderful striped fabric in different faded indigo colours believed to have been loomed at the end of the 20th century. Hand-dyed in natural indigo pigment from indigo plants. Fabric is made by hand sewing narrow handwoven cotton strips together. Thought to have originated Mali-West Africa.
