Mending & Repair Workshop
Join us for this workshop and learn how to patch and sashiko stitch, and make general repairs. This is the perfect time to repair your favourite denim pieces and make them better than new! And if you have nothing to mend we are also teaching Sashiko Stitching where you can make and take your own stitched denim patches.

Sashiko Stitching
Join us for a delightful afternoon of sashiko stitching and mending at The Well Worn in Winchester, UK. Discover the art of this traditional Japanese embroidery technique, perfect for repairing and embellishing your favourite garments. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this in-person event is open to all skill levels. All materials are provided.

Denim Wreath
Spring is such a wonderful time of the year and the perfect excuse for home decor. These stunning wreaths not only use up preloved denim but can be decorated for any occasion and look great with Spring coloured bows and ribbons. Join me in the studio to create your very own Denim Wreath to welcome the season. All materials and refreshments included though if you have some worn denims you are welcome to bring them along.

Learn how to visibly mend your favourite denims using patching and hand stitching techniques.
Join us for a fun session learning how to patch and sashiko stitch your favourite jeans or jacket. Suitable items are jeans or denim jackets with holes, stains or rips. This is the perfect time to repair them and make them better than new!

Lampshade Workshop.
Learn the skills required to make a 30cm cylinder lampshade suitable for a table lamp or ceiling pendant & you can take it home at the end of the session. Enjoy step-by-step guidance in a fun, relaxed environment. Refreshments and equipment provided. This class is for adults and perfect for beginners. Simply bring along your one choice of fabric 100cm wide by 28cm, light to medium weight cotton fabric is ideal to work with.

The Well Worn x Open House Deli: Sustainable Style.
Join us for an evening of wine and chat about living stylishly and sustainably - it's good for your budget and the environment. Our panel will discuss the power of the choices we make as consumers, and why buying less, but better, really matters. They'll share their expert tips: learn how to revamp your home by upcycling; how to work your wardrobe like a stylist; what's really worth investing in; and how to shop for vintage and second-hand like a pro.

Kings Walk Festival.
Make Saturday your day to try new things at our first Kings Walk Festival. There will be so many FREE sessions going on in Winchester’s creative quarter… @bellacraftsltd will have Indian block printing of tote bags from 10am - 4pm plus crown decorating for children. @winchesterpilates will have a free drop in mat class at 12pm. @designjunctionwinchester has free tasters in pottery and tufting 10.30am - 3.30pm and a macrame/weave make and take 12pm - 3pm. @the.wellworn you can learn Sashiko stitching and mend your favourite denims from 1pm-5pm. @thenutshellwinchester there is children’s drop in musical theatre workshops. @southdownssocial 12-2pm & 4-5pm – Live DJ’s: Soul, Funk, Raggae & Hip-hop 2-4pm Live Jazz – B-Natural 10-5pm – BBQ & Beers on the terrace.
