Refund policy

We try extremely hard to ensure our quality and fit is excellent at all times however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund (refunds do not include delivery costs). Please return in original packaging including the swing ticket. 

Due to the limited nature of our Studio Sale, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

What to do:
Confirm your return in writing within 14 days to sales@thewellworn.co.uk  and ensure your item reaches us within the next 14 days (21 days for International Orders). Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.

Please allow 2-3 days for refund to be processed.
Your Bank may take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account. Return postage of is to be paid by the consumer.

Incorrect or faulty item:
We do sometimes make mistakes - we are only human. If you have received an incorrect/faulty order please email us straight away sales@thewellworn.co.uk (within 7 days please) and we can organise putting it right.
