Every order is made, checked and wrapped by hand in our Winchester studio. No barcodes or price tags - just a swing tag telling you a little about your piece and how it was made. All packaging is recycled and plastic-free.

Dispatch times

In stock pieces: dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Made for you: please allow 10-14 working days for making and dispatch.

UK delivery Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £2.95. Free on orders over £100

European Union International Tracked, 3–5 working days - £11.95

Rest of the World Express, 6–10 working days - £14.95

Please note that customs duties and taxes for orders outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
