So I was going to write about the amazing vintage markets which I have visited

in Clignancourt, Paris - Rosebowl, LA and the Grande Braderie de Lille flea market but as we can’t travel very far at the moment (some of us not at all) it seemed like something I should do when the world returns to a kind of normal. Instead here are some pictures of Ardingly Market - they host them all over the country so take a look.

So why travel to a vintage market? It is the ultimate sustainable market and somewhere you can find the most amazing treasures.

…..This month saw a trip to Ardingly Market which is one of the largest in the South of England. Amongst curiosities of all descriptions - think fair ground ride carousels, jewellery, taxidermy, you name it its there - I found some of the most amazing fabrics and laces for the collection.
