Beautiful clothes without compromise.
Our approach is rooted in responsible use of resources. We work with reclaimed, deadstock and vintage fabrics wherever possible, alongside carefully sourced materials. By reusing what already exists, we create considered pieces without unnecessary waste.
REWORKED REMADE REWORN
As of January 2026, The Well Worn has repurposed 879kg of vintage garments, antique fabrics, and deadstock materials.
FABRICS
Over 60% of fabrics are vintage, preloved or deadstock. The balance are sustainable.
LABELS
100% of our labels, care labels & tags are made from recycled or sustainable materials.
TRIMS
95% of buttons are vintage or preloved - the rest from sustainable UK manufacturer Courtney & Co.
PACKAGING
100% of our shipping boxes and packaging are recyclable and plastic free.
'In the UK we send 700,000 tonnes of clothing to recycling centres, textile banks, clothes collections and to charity each year.

MENDED AND REWORKED
As of January 2026, we’ve expertly mended and repaired over 300 vintage and preloved garments - including 110 pairs of denim and 180 sweatshirts - and we’re not done yet.
USING UP ALL THE PIECES
As always to ensure we minimise our environmental impact, all our accessories are made using the small leftovers from The Well Worn Dresses and Tops - we realy do hate waste. Stylish and eco-friendly – a perfect combination!

1% FOR THE COMMUNITY
Since our beginnings, The Well Worn has donated to the
preservation and restoration of the natural environment. We've awarded donations to domestic and international grassroots environmental groups making a difference in their local communities. We are committed to donating 1% of our profits on an annual basis to support these causes.
